Both shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. Please note customs duty fees may apply for shipments according to local legislation. 4eybyujuestelo does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

If for any reason, you are displeased with your order and wish to make a return, below is our policy that covers just that.

• We operate a 7day return policy with shipping charges.
• Items bought on sales with a discount will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange regardless of circumstance. Only the items bought in full price will qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be returned intact with labels and tags within 7days.
• Exchange is free.
• Custom made dresses will not be exchanged.
• Custom fitting comes with a charge.
• Refund for returns take 3-5 working days net of delivery and retrieval/ return charges.
• Delivery and retrieval charges are non refundable.

Adverse weather conditions
Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
Any other causes beyond our reasonable control
